When I first got my exercise ball, I had no real idea of what to do with it exactly, except maybe sit on it. Then I found this really great, easy to understand and follow chart, which I printed out for reference.
The chart illustrates warm-up, general balance, upper/lower body, and core/trunk exercises that can be performed with the ball, including variations, degree of difficulty progression and some useful safety and proper usage tips.
Information regarding proper inflation is also provided.
