Naturally Thin - Ayurveda Approach to Natural Weight Loss

Naturally Thin is a distance learning, online course that teaches effective techniques and a simple approach to obtaining and maintaining your ideal weight.  The course is based on Maharishi Ayurveda, one of the oldest systems of natural medicine. 

This course does not involve diet pills or powders, counting calories, hard exercise, stress, guilt or struggle.  Instead, students learn about imbalances that cause weight gain and other health disorders, how to correct those imbalances and lose the weight, and how to improve their overall health by creating a more balanced mind and body.

This is a self-paced course with live and recorded webinars offered by Maharashi University of Management (MUM).  Additional materials are available on demand online.
